In the Secondary School

At Fazekas Mihály Secondary School I ensured that teachers and administrative staff could use the computers and the computer network without any problems. My duties included:

• Maintenance of the computer pool, fixing hardware errors
• Software maintenance of computers, installation of the appropriate softwares, training in its use if required
• Maintenance of the computer network, configuration and operation of network devices
• Expanding the computer network - cabling, setting up wired and wireless devices
• IT support for education, examinations and administrative work
• Immediate solution of emerging errors

In the Adult Training School

When I worked for Oktáv Ráció Ltd., which is an adult training/education company, we had to move the classroom to another location a couple of times. In these cases I had to dismantle the computer network in the previous place and rebuild it in the new place, plus had to set workstations, network devices and had to cable the new segments. My duties included:

• Hardware and software maintenance of the desktop and laptop computers
• Set up and maintenance of the computer newtwork (including cabling)
• Replacement of defective parts
• Immediate solution of emerging errors
