The programming languages I know and still use today are HTML/CSS, Javascript, PHP and SQL. I also made this website myself (the design is the credit of my wife). Despite of the fact I have never worked as a programmer for a long period, I have created successful applications (for example, an admission management program for the secondary school where I worked, still in Clipper language).
I definitely feel an advantage over the new generation that I learnt programming on 8-bit machines, where I went down to the machine code level, trying to get the best performance out of the hardware. That's probably why I became an excellent problem-solver, who always tries to overcome the obstacles.
By clicking on the following button, you can view and try a classic game written in Javascript, the Asteroid/Moon Lander (unfortunately, only on a desktop or laptop. It does not work on phones and tablets.)
