Eva, the Concert and Event Manager

In 2011 I got a taste of the colourful world of event organization, which I liked so much that since then I prefer to work in this diverse field, which requires countless skills.

As a concert and event manager I have the following tasks to fulfil:

• Full economic management of the artistic events of the Faculty of Music (budgeting, contracting, tender management, identifying saving opportunities, statistics, other economic tasks).
• Organizing and coordinating regional, national and international artistic events (concert series, competitions, masterclasses, etc.) including operational tasks and full economic management.
• Maintaining the ongoing relationship and consult with artists, participants, technical staff and background services by e-mail and phone.
• Solving current event related problems on the fly.
• Audience organization.

Since 2011 as a concert and event manager, I became responsible for organizing concerts and other events of the University Debrecen Faculty of Music. During this period I was involved in the successful organization and coordination of almost 80 concert series, more than 40 national and international competitions, and 12 major international artistic events.

In 2011 University of Debrecen honoured my work with the Outstanding Employee Award.
